How come we don't have a giant scoop, a giant sieve- give them a big wash and bring them out of a muddy mess?
Could we not send thousands of breathing straws tjrough the mud, pump some oxygen so they can hold on till we get them out. Could we not heat scan and locate those still alive and breathing? May be there's some airpocket trapped in some structure that people could be alive for days? Are we not rushing to find them?We boast of such advanced technology, to land on moon and mars, detect the presence of water, but terribly fail and fall behind when hundred stuck alive under mudslide and needed to be rescued.
Don't we have some techno thing to land lightly atop a muddy mess, to detect and send probes through in real time rescuing people when they are still alive?
